Process

1 - Quote and Survey

We provide a free site survey and quotation. We listen to you and your needs and give advice to help you decide the basic layout of your surface.

The price we quote will depend on numerous factors such as area size, groundworks, blocks and drainage.
2 - Quote Pack Creation

Once you have accepted the quotation, we prepare and create your quote pack. This includes all the information you need including: Your contract, Survey report & Video.

3 - Preparation and Groundworks
Following creation of your quote pack, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for our installation team to visit you and commence works. All works undertaken will be detailed in your quote pack.
4 - Resin Application

On arrival, the resin team will commence the installation of the resin bound system. The resin and aggregates are then mixed together in the correct ratios using a specialised action force mixer. This is then applied over the required area at the required depth.

This is done continuously to achieve a seamless and smooth finish. The resin is finished with fine glass particles which sets into the resin’s surface. This gives additional grip when the surface is wet. Once laid the area is sectioned off to set. 24 hours later, you can walk on your new resin bound surface. However, it will be up to 72 hours before it's ready for vehicles.

Why Resin Bound?

WE HAVE A CHOICE OF OVER 50 RESIN COLOURS, MARBLE BOUND, PERMEABLE, ANTI-SLIP, FLEXIBLE AND LOW MAINTENANCE OPTIONS AVAILABLE.

Permeable surface

Resin bound systems are completely permeable to both water and air. This makes it a Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS). This means no planning permission is needed nor is any additional drainage required.

Smooth finish and hard wearing

Resin bound provides a smooth, long-lasting finish with no loose stones. The matrix of aggregates provides sublime strength with a flex tolerance meaning no cracks.

Bespoke designs

A single colour or multiple colours can be used to create a range of effects such as borders, patterns and even numbers or shapes. If you’re looking for something different, we have a vast range of attractive colours for customer and bespoke designs. Glass glitter is exclusive to Master Seal Solutions which captures more sunlight and gives your driveway that extra sparkle.

Low maintenance

Our Resin Driveways minimise wet patches such as puddles, ice and the growth of weeds and mould. All that is needed to maintain the surface is for it to be jet-washed or hosed down and swept with a stiff yard brush.
